Return & Refund Policy

At JET Rigging & Supply, we are committed to providing quality rigging and industrial products. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.

Because many of our products are industrial, load-rated, safety-sensitive, or special-order items, products cannot be returned due to customer preference, ordering errors, or changes in project requirements.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products

Returns or replacements may only be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Product was damaged during shipping,
  • Product contains a verified manufacturing defect,
  • Incorrect product was shipped by JET Rigging & Supply.

Reporting a Claim

To qualify for a replacement or refund consideration, customers must:

  1. Notify us within 5 business days of delivery,
  2. Provide:
    • Order number,
    • Description of the issue,
    • Clear photographs of:
      • Product damage or defect,
      • Packaging materials,
      • Shipping label.

Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Inspection & Approval

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by JET Rigging & Supply.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional documentation,
  • Require return of the product for inspection,
  • Deny claims involving:
    • Misuse,
    • Improper installation,
    • Unauthorized modifications,
    • Normal wear and tear,
    • Damage occurring after delivery.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Note the damage with the delivery carrier whenever possible,
  • Retain all original packaging materials,
  • Contact us immediately before using the product.

Damage claims involving freight carriers may require additional processing time.

Refunds & Replacements

Approved claims may be resolved by:

  • Replacement product shipment,
  • Store credit,
  • Refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.

Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the affected item and do not include labor costs, project delays, rental expenses, or consequential damages.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable unless defective upon arrival:

  • Custom or made-to-order products,
  • Cut chain, wire rope, or sling assemblies,
  • Clearance or final-sale items,
  • Used products,
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Limitation of Liability

JET Rigging & Supply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or denied claims.
