Terms Of Payment
All sales must be paid for at the time of ordering.
Freight Policy
A freight allowed policy will be arranged with each customer based on weight or order value. For orders that meet the full freight allowed terms, shipping will be arranged at the discretion of JET Rigging & Supply. This will be based on established freight rates and shipping time. For shipments that are freight paid by the customer, a preferred carrier may be specified by the customer.
Credit & Claims
Any claims for shortages, mistakes, defective items, billing errors, or price differences need to be submitted within 5 days of receiving the goods. Once an adjustment is approved, the Billing Department will issue a credit memo. All materials become the purchaser’s property once delivered to the carrier. For short shipments or damaged goods, contact the carrier right away.
Return of Merchandise
No goods may be returned without written Return Merchandise Authorization. If the return is the result of a customer error, Advantage Sales & Supply will do its best to minimize any expense on the customer’s account. Our standard restocking fee is 15% plus freight costs. Returns for credit are at the sole discretion of Advantage Sales & Supply.
Prices
Invoices are based on the list or quoted prices in effect at the time of shipment. Since costs can fluctuate, it’s a good idea to check with a sales representative for the latest pricing.
Warranty
JET Rigging & Supply guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects. If an authorized representative inspects a product and finds it defective, the original purchase price will be refunded. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are offered. The seller specifically disclaims all other warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
